* Please note: New provisional memberships created online will be activated the following business day. New active memberships (including the online referral directory listing) will be activated within one business day after receipt of business or employment documentation.
It is the policy of NAPO that membership dues are non-refundable. Any requests for exceptions to this policy must be submitted in writing for consideration by NAPO and will be decided on a case by case basis.
It is NAPO policy that if a membership has lapsed for more than 30 days and the member wishes to rejoin, the member will be required to pay the processing fee again, and his or her “member since” date will reflect the date he or she rejoined.
